Return policy
We have a 14 days return policy.
Send us an email including your order number and we will provide you with a return label.
Damaged products
If you recieve a defected or damaged product, please contact us immediately with attached photos. An email will be sent back to you when the claim has been processed.
Exchanges
When exchanging a product to a different one, we encourage you to return the product per usual and place a new order when the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Please note that it might take some time for your bank to process the refund as well.
In order for us to accept your return, your product(s) must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you, meaning unused, unwashed and in the original packiging with protective paper. Product’s sent back without a requested return will not be accepted.
You have 14 days, starting from the day you recieve your order, to return the product.
As much as we wish for you to love your new item, we understand not everything comes out as expected.
Firstly, please notice the given measurements on each product’s description. This will help you find a suitable size for you.
Secondly, if the product for some reason does not live up to your expectations, we encourage you to ask someone around you if they would be happy to buy the product from you, instead of sending it directly back to us – for a planet friendly matter.
Last but not least, if you decide to send the product back to us, send us an email at contact@secaye.com and we will start your return.
We do not offer free returns.
