This privacy policy apply when you as a customer is using and purchasing from Secaye.com or any associated website. It describes the usage of the personal data that we process, the purposes of processing the data and on what legal basis we are processing your data. The data is also processed so that Secaye can process any returns, exchanges, and complaints as well as communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding the product(s). The legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary in order for Secaye to fulfil its contractual obligations towards you.
The website is operated and owned by Secaye (can also be referred as “Us”, “Our” or “We”).

The customer and Secaye can also be referred as the “Parties”
Secaye reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version available on the Website at the time you place your order. The new version will not apply retroactively and the Parties will only be bound by the General Terms and Conditions that apply on the day your order is executed.
Personal information collected
When you visit the site, we collect in automatic certain info about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device (you can find more information about Cookies usage under the ‘Cookies’ section below). Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site and information about how you interact with the site.
We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Placing an order
By placing an order, you agree to follow Secaye’s General Terms and Conditions. Make sure that you have carefully read and understood the General Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
Before placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selected products and make changes. We advise you to check all information carefully before completing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards. The products in your shopping cart is not reserved and may be purchased by another customer until your order is completed and accepted.
Order confirmation
Once the order has been processed, a order confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The order confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
If a product runs out of stock from the time you place your order until it is sent to our warehouse, we have the right to cancel your purchase of the product as it is no longer available. If this is the case and it occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund using the same method as the payment was originally made.
If you have not recieved a order confirmation we advice you to check your spam mail before reaching out to us.
Shipping and delivery
Secaye strive to send your order within a few days from the day the order was placed. Please note that it may take longer if there is a sale or during other unexpected events. If the expected delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
We provide DHL Freight as our shipping method.
The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your delivery confirmation from us.
You must enter correct and complete address information in your order as Secaye cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. The customer is responsible for any delivery errors due to missing information or errors in the delivery address in the customer’s order.
Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Contact us if you have not received your package within the promised delivery time. If your order is not delivered within the published time frame, we will inform you as soon as possible, with the reason for the delay and the new delivery time.
Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
The risk and ownership of the products passes to the customer from the moment you receive the products from the carrier. If you have approved for the carrier to leave the products outside your door, this means that you are considered to have received the products.
Prices and payment
Secaye offers various payment methods. We accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express via Klarna (read more about Klarna’s payment conditions here). We also accept Swish. You can find the different payment options that apply to Sweden in checkout before completing your purchase. We and the payment service providers have the right to choose which payment options we offer from time to time. When paying by card, the amount is deducted directly at the time of purchase. If the payment provider does not approve and refuses your payment, you will be informed via email or at checkout, and the order will be cancelled.
Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.
You will receive your receipt in the delivery confirmation sent to your email address. You are obliged to enter the correct email address and to inform Secaye if your email address changes.
We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and discounts at any time, without notice.
The prices stated on the Website are inclusive of statutory value added tax, and excluding shipping costs.
Complaint rights
You as a customer have the right to return defective goods within three years from purchase. The defect should be reported as soon as possible after being discovered. Advertising an item within two months is considered within a reasonable time frame. You as a customer must be able to prove that the item was purchased from Secaye, in such case, please contact us at contact@secaye.com. Defects caused after receiving the product(s) is not considered a defective item. In the event of an approved complaint, Secaye is responsible for all costs including shipping.
Agreement
To enter into a purchase agreement with us, you must be at least 16 years old. You must also not be under guardianship.
The parties agree that the images of the products on the Website have no contractual value. That products are available on the Website at a certain specified time is not a guarantee that these products are always available. Secaye reserves the right to stop selling a product at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Secaye reserves the right to refuse your purchase and/or block your account for legitimate reasons, for example that we cannot process your payment, an item runs out of stock or if Secaye suspects that you are making a purchase for commercial- , business or resale purposes.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order by returning your product. Your right to withdraw your order or to exchange a product is provided that the product and packaging are in the same condition as when you received it and in its original containers with labels and protective stickers intact. This does not limit your right to carefully open and examine the product. However, if the product is not in such a condition that can be expected upon the return, Secaye has the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the product’s decline in value.
If you have not received a return label together with your package, contact us and we will provide you with a return label. We are not able to offer free returns.
When you cancel your purchase within 14 days, we will, through our payment service provider, make your refund within 14 days from the day you notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you sent it to us.
Accuracy
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Ownership
All products sold through the website remain Secaye’s belonging until full payment has been received. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities.
Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Trademarks
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, names and logos displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks belonging to Secaye. Prior approval from Secaye is required for use of trademarks, images or videos from the Website. It is therefore strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any document, images or videos that come from the Website, in any way.
